The Goal

Choosing the right decorative shapes to decorate the large space below the raised terraces. The need for proper vertical decoration to balance the vertical lines, which must also be emphasized with facade decoration.

Design is as much an act of spacing as an act of marking.

BUILDING THE CONCEPT

The shape of the main cornice is chosen precisely to be able to simultaneously perform the role of a large inter-storey profile. The fronts of the terraces are finished with a small inter-floor linear profile.

The rustication smooth-faced panels are ending with beautiful large supports with decorative ornate applications. The balconies are decorated with brackets that "support" them. The window frames are clean with small profiles.
