The facade decoration of Project N'Elum is properly selected and tailored to Main Cornice, which conceals gutters. In the same shape, but in several different sizes are the stucco moldings, the gable profile and the underlining profile of the terraces. The cantilever decorative corbels step on the attic linear cornice.

The Window Stucco Trim & Sill are of a clear shape and medium to large in size profile to shape and emphasize equally beautifully small, large, rectangular and arched openings for windows and doors. A decorative fence hat was developed from the same stucco profile.
