Bank transfer, 70% advance payment for the purchase of materials for the execution of your order and 30% additional payment upon sending the ordered products. For orders under 500 euros, 100% advance payment is required.

Return Procedure | Exchange
- The replacement or complaint must take place within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
- Products subject to return or exchange are those that have not undergone any processing by the customer.
- The product must be returned to the company address and must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, invoice).
