Shipment Delivery & Terms

For the territory of Bulgaria we use delivery with a courier company, as well as cargo delivery on a euro pallet. Please note that the type of "delivery" is a service of the courier, not ours. In all cases, we send our shipments within the time specified in the product on the site.PS Designers reserves the right to extend the delivery time or cancel delivery in the event of a problem with the order. The customer will be notified in advance of force majeure events via Viber or WhatsApp!

Legal Information

The products are made to order by the client or according to his individual requirements, the right of withdrawal within 14 days does NOT apply, according to the CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW, Art. 57. (in force from 25.07.2014). If you are still not satisfied with the goods received, contact us so that we can offer a solution within 1 month.

CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW In force from 10.06.2006

Art. 57. (Repealed - SG, issue 105 of 2006, effective 01.01.2007, new - SG, issue 61 of 2014, effective 25.07.2014) The provisions of Art. 50 - 56 on the consumer's right to withdraw from the distance contract or the off-premises contract shall not apply to contracts:

3. for the delivery of goods made to order by the consumer or according to his individual requirements;

Important Information!

If an item is out of stock, delivery may be delayed by up to PLUS 10 business days. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know and ask if you still wish to place your order.

Terms of Payment for an Order

Payment terms when placing an order:

Bank transfer, 70% advance payment for the purchase of materials for the execution of your order and 30% additional payment upon sending the ordered products. For orders under 500 euros, 100% advance payment is required.

Return and Exchange

We value our customers. You are our first priority, because you are the reason for our existence. The products are made to order or according to the customer's individual requirements, the right of withdrawal within 14 days does not apply, according to the CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW, Art. 57. (in force from 25.07.2014)

If you find a significant discrepancy in the shipment we received, contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Our associate will explain all the details again and discuss the issues that arose with your order.

The customer has the right to request a replacement of the damaged parts of the purchased goods within 14 working days from the date of receipt. For this purpose, the product must be in its original packaging, without traces of use or violation of the commercial form. After inspection within 20 working days, we will try to replace the damaged parts. We usually try to replace the item within 10 working days. The transport costs for the replacement or return are at the expense of the buyer, unless a manufacturing defect has been established in the product.

Important Information!

Unfortunately, items that are made specifically for the customer - individual orders, additional production of out-of-stock items or items with changed color, size, style correction are not subject to return. You will receive our full assistance with the additional correction of these items until they are suitable for you, but because they are made or corrected specifically for our customers they cannot be returned.

Return Procedure | Exchange

  • The replacement or complaint must take place within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
  • Products subject to return or exchange are those that have not undergone any processing by the customer.
  • The product must be returned to the company address and must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, invoice).

Clients are important to us, as is achieving the final result. We will assist you to be satisfied with the final result you desired!

Additional Information

  • Shipments with returned goods that are damaged during transportation due to improper packaging will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • Do not send any shipments before contacting us. We need time to review the case before taking any action.
  • We do not accept shipments sent to us as standard courier service at our expense.
