Delivery and Payment
For the territory of Bulgaria we use express and economical delivery.
Please note that delivery type is a courier service, not ours.
In any case, we will ship your parcels within 1-5 business days.

and the delivery of your order.
PS Designers reserves the right to extend delivery / cancel delivery in the event of an order problem. The customer will be
notified in advance.

Important
If an item is exhausted, its delivery can be delayed up to 10 business days. If the item is exhausted we will contact you to let you know and ask if you still want to save your order.
Return and Replace
We value our customers. You are the first to us because you have the reason for our existence. We assure you that you can exchange or return any item we have purchased within 14 business days. If you find a significant discrepancy in the shipment we received, contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Our operator will again explain all the details to you. The consumer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 working days from the date of their receipt. For this purpose, the product must be in its original packaging, without any traces of use or disturbance of the commercial type of the product in accordance with the provisions of Art. 55 (para 1) of the LPPT. After inspection within 40 working days (by law) the amount of the buyer is refunded or up to 20 working days (by law) the product is replaced. We usually try to refund and replace the item within 5 business days. In case of non-compliance, the product will be returned to the buyer, who will bear all shipping costs. Replacement or return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense, unless a manufacturing defect on the item has been identified
Important
Unfortunately, items that are made specifically for the customer - individual orders, additional production of used or changed color, size, style correction are non-refundable. You will receive our full assistance with the additional adjustment of these items until they are suitable for you, but because they are manufactured or adjusted specifically for our customers, they cannot be returned.
Return procedure Replacement
- Replace or claim within 14 days of receipt of the shipment
- Products to be returned or exchanged are those that have not undergone any processing
- The product must be returned to the business address and must be accompanied by a proof of purchase (cash receipt, invoice) and a return / exchange form completed
All shipments are opened prior to the payment of the amounts. As soon as we make sure that the shipment meets the specified conditions, the amount will be paid back to you. Unfortunately, if you do not comply with the described conditions, the claim will not be considered
