What happens to your data after you contact us?
When you write to us through the form on our website or send us an email, we store your information for the period it takes to process your request and answer your follow-up questions. We will not share this information with third parties without your explicit consent!
Storing your data
Please note that in order to facilitate the ordering and purchasing process, as well as the subsequent performance of the contract with you, we store your IP address, as well as your names, address, email address and details of the payment method used, such as the credit number You map. The information you provide is necessary for us to fulfill our pre-contractual or contractual obligations to you. We do not share this information with third parties except:

Unpaid or Unsolicited Order
In the case of an unused or unrequested order, we leave the data entered on it for 30 days and reserve the right to inform you periodically about its status, respectively your options as a consequence. Upon completion of an order and a contract executed by us on the basis of Art. 6, para. 1, points (a) and (b) of GDPR we store all the data on the relationship until the expiration of the one provided for in art. 12 of the Accounting Act (SCA) 10-year term.
